Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. As a supervisor, you will lead a team of cleaners, manage schedules, and ensure quality service is consistently provided to clients. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene levels across all sites, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Assign cleaning tasks to staff and ensure the efficient use of time and resources.
• Ensure all staff members follow health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff to improve their skills and productivity.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report to management and liaise with clients on issues and improvements
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, order replacements as necessary, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Address any maintenance or safety issues promptly and report them to management.
• Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment for the cleaning team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor or similar leadership role is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
• Experience in customer service and managing client relationships is a plus.
