Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
• Go to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing (Added advantage).
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
